Waldorf Dolls
This year, we started carrying Waldorf towel dolls in the Dundas and Waterloo stores. These soft and cuddly towel dolls are made of the finest cotton flannel. Each doll's face is hand-embroidered. Towel dolls are an old-fashioned European tradition for new mothers. The soft towel absorbs the familiar scent of the mother, so when the doll is placed with baby in bed, it provides a calming effect.
We've also brought in a few Waldorf dolls for toddlers in the Waterloo store. Only a few, because these dolls are not inexpensive. But they are gorgeous, made of natural materials, and we think absolutely irresistable.
