Infantino Lion Teether Recalled
The Infantino Lion Teether has been recalled because the plastic nose on the lion can be bitten off. If this occurs, a baby could swallow the nose and choke.
The models affected are 150-3079 and 171-3079. The recalled teether has a label on the lion's head marked "Infantino" and batch code markings 6116, 6129, 6158, 6137, 0606, 0806, 0906, and 1006. It was sold from June 2006 to the present. Products with batch codes different from those listed above are not affected by this recall.
Consumers should immediately stop using the teether and return it to Infantino to receive a replacement Lion Teether or a product of equal value.
