eeBoo TOT TOWERS Potential Choking Risk
There have been reports of isolated incidents involving the plastic film laminate being peeled off Tot Tower blocks. Although no report of any injury has been received, eeBoo was concerned that this could present a choking risk to small children. They voluntarily notified the US Consumer Product Safety Commission to report the risk and agree upon a course of action to remedy the situation. There are a number of Tot Tower styles affected: Animal Sounds, Alphabet, Around the Land, Read to Me, Shaker Alphabet, Hardware, Things I know, Garden Fairies and Nursery Friends. Consumers are advised to take these toys from children, and discard them or return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund. Alternatively, consumers may call 800-791-5619 or email safety@eeboo.com or visit www.eeboo.com to inquire about receiving a suitable replacement eeBoo product. In exchange for the the return of the toy directly to eeBoo, eeBoo will also send a small gift to thank consumers for their cooperation.
